What is our experience?
The Estes Custom Builders team has more than 30 years of construction experience. Owner Nick Estes and COO Mike Regula have been building homes since high school. Growing up in the industry has allowed them to foster relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the Southern Maine area. We have developed a team that shares a passion for creating premium turn-key homes.

How long will it take to build my new home?
Estes Custom Builders strives to complete all homes in an average of 100 days. This timeline begins with excavation and finishes with the completion of your final occupancy permit. Our processes and experience ensure that this internal timeline is consistently met.
