Recently, Estes Custom Builders held a mixer to introduce local Real Estate Agents to a few great new industry tools. We welcomed independent real estate agents as well as some from local or national agencies. The first 45 minutes of the mixer served as a networking event, allowing agents enjoy hors d’oeuvres and wine while meeting each other and becoming acquainted with Nick Estes and his new realtor incentive program.
As they mingled, agents got the opportunity to use their industry experience to weigh in on the realtor incentive program booklet. The booklet can be presented to a potential buyer who is struggling to find an existing house they want to buy. The idea of custom building would be presented as an alternative option and if the buyer chooses that option, the real estate broker would receive a commission. The agents were given pens and highlighters and encouraged to make any changes they would like to see in content or layout of the booklet.
Next, a catered dinner of burgers, fries and salads provided by bGood was served and agents were asked to gather in the conference room for an informative session providing insight on some of the newest online tools & tactics for successfully marketing a real estate agent or agency. The lecture was led by Stephanie Monty of Mainely SEO, a local SEO & inbound marketing company. She fielded several questions and provided useful insight about the importance of SEO and the benefits of creating a blog to establish a more personal online presence and connect with the local community.
Due to the success of the first mixer and the positive feedback of the attendees, the next event has been scheduled for January 8th at 6pm. Hors d’oeuvres, drinks & dinner will be provided and real estate agents are encouraged to bring their questions. We will be discussing the progress of the realtor incentive program and delving further into its many benefits. Then attendees can enjoy dinner while learning more tools and tips for marketing their real estate business using SEO, social media and email marketing. Thanks to all who showed up for the last event, we hope to see you in January!
